How to download and install multiple e-learning modules

How you will download e-learning module and prepare the files for installation on the training computer. It will also fix the error "The selected e-learning title is not available on this installation…." when you click on training modules.

Steps to download and install on the training computer

A download link and password will be provided via email.

• Open the link from the email in an internet browser. Enter the password provided.
• Click the "Download all files" button. Once the download completes, transfer the file to the training computer.
   
• Right-click the downloaded file "Filemail.com xxxx", and select "Extract-all". (Note: Do not unzip any of the extracted files otherwise the installation will fail). 
• Copy all the “.ZIP” files to this folder 'C:\STA40_Scorm_Upload_(STA40_STA40)\New_Files or C:\Ocean_Scorm_Upload_(OCEAN_OCEAN)\New_Files (note: this is the default location. If the folder is not there, your application may be using another location)
• The installation will take place once the file is placed in the folder. Depending on the number of files, saved files in 'New_Files' will disappear after some time (approximate 5 mins to 20 mins)
• The modules will be available in the Training Library after it had been processed.

NOTE: If downloading is not possible from vessel, arrange for shore personnel to download and bring onboard vessel
