OCEAN Online - How to create Rapid e-Learning

Follows these steps to create your Rapid e-learning module;

1. Login in with the admin account we had provided to you.

2. Within the left panel, look for Rapid e-Learning and select "Modules".

3. In the Modules, you will find a list of modules which has been created. To add a new module, click on the button "Add E-learning module" and fill in the form displayed. Save the form when done.

4. In the list of modules, select the module you have just created to start building its content. Update the "Module Details " tab.

5. Select the tab "Module content" to start adding content chapter to your module. Finish adding your content then move on to "Review & Publish" tab.

6. In the "Review & Publish" page, you will see the status "Not Published " for the new module. Click this button "Publish online" to publish the current module revision online.

7. Once it is published online, users can log in online to access the Rapid e-Learning from "Ocean Library".

Note 1: Offline use of Rapid e-learning will require additional steps to download and distribute each course to each vessel and install it onboard.

Note 2: Digital Delivery "Distribute latest version to vessels" button is not in use.
