How to remove from or add participant to existing CST session
REMOVING PARITICPANT
Here is a short instruction how to remove the participant:
- open our platform and log in with the same account that created the training session
- from left hand menu click on: TRAINING REGISTRATION -> SEARCH FOR TRAINING RECORDS
- in filter TRAINING select the training session you registered (in this case: Safety Officers Course) and click SEARCH button
- from the list of found session select the one you need (you can search via date)
- scroll down to section PARTICIPANTS
- check the seafarer which you need to remove and click button REMOVE SELECTED PARTICIPANTS
- use the SAVE AND CLOSE BUTTON to register the update of the session

ADDING PARITICPANT
Here is a short instruction how to add new participant:
- open our platform and log in with the same account that created the training session
- from left hand menu click on: TRAINING REGISTRATION -> SEARCH FOR TRAINING RECORDS
- in filter TRAINING select the training session you registered and click SEARCH button
- from the list of found session select the one you need
- use PERSONNEL section and search for user you need to add and tick the search result
- now click a button ADD SELECTED PERSONS below the personnel section and the seafarer will be added to training session
- use the SAVE AND CLOSE BUTTON to register the update of the session
