OCEAN Online - How to fix "Failed to complete operation" related to uploading PDF file in Rapid E-Learning
Rapid content involving PDF document can experienced time-out or "Failed to complete operation" when uploading PDF file that consists of too many pages.
We ran some tests and looked like the document conversion when uploaded to the OLP did not finish the conversion within the allowable window. Different PDF document present varying outcome. If the document is important to be part of the rapid program you can try to reduce the document to smaller part. You can try reducing the number of pages eg.100 pages.
This may be a workaround at the current time should you need to add the large document into rapid e-learning.
