The New Dive Module Rules
- Only components that have been set with the ‘Dive’ Division will be shown in the dive module
- Only components that have been set with the ‘Dive’ Division and are not flagged as ‘Asset’ will be extracted to the excel sheet.
- All component codes for components that are not assets, should start with either D023, D024, D040 or D053 to conform to the current extraction routines.
- Only Component jobs attached to components with the ‘Dive’ division will show the ‘Dive Job Code’ field.
- The length of the component code at the second level of structure cannot be more than 9 characters.
- All names of components at the second level of structure must be unique and should be less than 32 characters (excel sheet name restriction)
- Only component jobs attached to components with the ‘Dive’ Division that have the chosen Component system will be extracted to the Excel Sheet
- Only component jobs that have the job type ‘Dct’, a ‘Dive Job Code’ or a Class Code that begins with the relevant document code (D023, D024, D040 or D053) and meet the requirements in point 7 will be extracted to the Excel Sheet
- Component jobs extracted to the excel sheet will also show the next due date, the number of days between the due date and todays date (Diff), the name of the component that they are attached to and the Tag number of the component that they are attached to.
- The following fields are utilised for extraction to the excel sheet
