How To - Cancel Job History (Job Signed Out In Error)
This process is to place a job back into the due list if it was signed out in error.
The job can be cancelled within 60 days of the sign out.
Go to Maintenance > History
Locate the job to be cancelled to go back into the Due list.
Open the job and click on the cancel radio button.
Add a reason for the cancelling of the job and click OK.
You will see the job stays in the history with a line strikethrough.
Back in Due you will fins the cancelled job is ready to be signed out again.
