Web Based Approval App

TM Master supports approval of requisitions on any device that can load a web page.

Please see the document below for more information on the TM Master web approval app.

TM Master Approval app for TM Master Procurement Module

The purpose of this app is to allow decision makers the ability to approve purchase orders and purchase requisitions on their module devices or in a browser without the need to open TM Master.

TM Master procurement module has been built in a flexible function for approval matrix allowing for senior personnel to approver requisitions and order on monetary order valued according to inhouse chain of command.

However, not all senior personnel are regular TM Master users and many regular users also travel extensively as part of their work. Approval app for TM Master allows these individuals to approve requisitions and orders according to their place in the approval matrix though a handheld device or a web browser.

The approval app is accessed through our web portal www.approval.teromarine.com.

From there you can log on with your username and password to access the page for approvals awaiting your actions.

Once logged in, you will be able to see orders based on vessel/unit and go into line items. From here you can proceed to approve the order, and this will move in to the next approval level or to complete the order.

Screenshots within this document show various views available. The application will give more flexibility and easier to access to orders and requestions when on the move or away from the desktop.

The TM Approval app is available at a monthly subscription fee per vessel. For further information please reach out to your Key Account Manager.
