Error found in service log:
This error indicates that the v2 service is trying to replicate an attachment, but is unable to access it because it is used by another process.
It's probably due to the fact that a user has this file open on their computer, or that it has been attached to an email and the users outlook client must be restarted to release the file.
This type of error should not cause any major replication issues, it just means that this particular file is not replicated to the ship during this service loop.
