- If customer is facing this error while login from the client pc. However, TM master allow to login with same user on the vessel server.
- It may cause an issue due to version mismatching on both client computer and vessel server.
Server computer (2.664.8644.18851)
Client Computer (2.664.7706.22404)
- Suggest customer to contact their IT team for the further assistance to update the version on client computer.
- It is recommended to use the same TM version on server computer and client computer to run the smooth process in the TM Master.
- Mostly the issue should be resolved.
