How To - Install more than one service on a single server (.MSI files)
This is an installation manual for installing second service on one server. This manual will walk you through the steps.
Contact [email protected] to get hold of the required installation file for the second service. You cannot use the normal installation file for this purpose.
Run the file you downloaded and then press NEXT- Check the box “I accept the terms” and press NEXT
- Do not change the default installation path since it will make second folder in the folder where TM Master is installed
- Run the service as Local System. If you use a domain user, then select that option instead.
- Press the button INSTALL
- Just wait for the installation to finish.
- The installation is done. Press
FINISH
- You will also need to set up two different file areas for TM Master file. One for the maritime database and one for the additional database. The file areas must contain a system file path folder and comm path folder for each database. The two databases cannot share these folders. The must be separated.
- The last step will be to connect the service to the database. You do that by going to the TM Master installation and select the TM Master v2 server Custom folder and then BIN folder and then run the Tm Mv2 server connection Tool file and select the second database you want to connect the service to.
