Unable to edit some of the spare part fields on board the vessel

Why am I not able to edit some of the spare part fields on board the vessel?

If a spare part is validated, only the office is able to make changes to a specific set of fields for this spare part (central data). If you want the vessel to be able to make changes, the spare part needs to be set to not validated at the office.

• Central Data :  If  item is validated, will not be possible to modify by users onboard. 
• Item Unit Data: Users Onboard can modify these details
• Component Item Data: Can be modified onboard
• Stock Data: Can be modified by users onboard (Add, Withdraw and Move)
