How to Set TM order status to Finished
How to set TM order status to [Finished]
- Crew received the order item and update the order to “Completely received”.
- After a few days, office gets the confirmation from account department with a list of all paid orders.
- User to selects the order in the overview window and clicks on “Set order paid”. (see below image)
For order has status completely received in TM, once it is updated as paid, the order status changes to “Finished” instantly in TM.
How to set TM order status to [Finished] (integration with 3rd-party system)
- Crew received the order item and update the order to “Completely received”.
- Once the payment is made by the 3rd-party system (usually the accounting system), the 3rd-party system will update TM the paid information via integration.
- If the order has status completely received in TM, TM will change the status to Finished when receiving paid from 3rd-party system.
Notes:
For order has status partly received in TM, once it is updated as paid it will remain in status partly received with the [Paid] check box is checked. See below image.
