How to add the “Requisition Rejected” and “Approved” columns to the overview?

If the “Approved requisitions” and “Rejected Requisition” column are not shown in your order overview, do the following.

  1. Click [Purchasing] – [Overview]
  2. “Right click” in the “Overview” icon bar
  3. Select “Field Selector Summary”
  4. Double click or drag and drop the   “Thumbs up” and “Thumbs down” icon
  5. You can move the statuses after adding them to the bar if needed, by clicking and holding the mouse button and drag the column to its desired location.
