How to generate labels for item in an order?
It is possible to generate, labels for all items in an order so that new received items easily can be labelled when they are received. Here is how to do generate label for items in an order.
- Open the order to generate labels for.
- Click “File” → “Print QR Code Label(s)…”
- The following dialog should appear
- The order quantity is set as the “Label Count”. The number of how many of each label to be generated. To avoid printing 100s of labels unintentionally, a max number can be set in settings. The default “Max” value is 15. To print more than 15, modify the label count value directly. If the “default max” value is too low, then it can be modified to required quantity. The setting is called “Max label count for order lines” and is described here: (Click)
- Printer: Select the correct printer, where labels should be printed. The system will remember the last used printer and suggest it the next time.
- Label Report: TM Master supports many label sizes and variants of labels, to switch which label type to generate select the required one in the “Label Report” picker. The last used report will be remembered and suggested the next time
- Click [Generate Labels]
- The “Label report” preview should then appear. How the preview appear may differ depending on the “Label Report” used.
- Click [Print] or [Quick Print] to start printing the labels.
