How to limit the accounts allowed for direct purchase orders
If you want to limit the list of accounts allowed to be used for direct purchaser orders, it is possible to mark certain accounts to allow “Direct purchaser orders” be placed on them.
Here is how you do this:
- Click [Purchasing] → [Accounts]
- Double click the account you wish to mark for “Direct purchase” 3. Tick the “Direct Order” check box.
Please note! After turning on the “Direct Order” for one account, it will not be possible to select any other account for direct purchasing, unless they also have been ticked.
