How to set Workflow status to a previous Status (Incidents)
At some point it may be required to be able to move the workflow status backwards, either due to it being closed and not editable or just because a mistake has been made. It is possible for users with appropriate user rights to force the workflow status backwards. Here is how it is done:
- Open the Incident report in question
- Click the [Status] dropdown button
- Select “Change Status”
- A list of all “previous” statuses will appear.
- Select the status you wish to set on the “Incident report”
- Enter a short comment to why the status is set back
- Click [OK]
